Will your family be travelling with you? You can begin to add your spouse and/or dependent children to your Plan by completing the form below. We will be replying via email for more information within 3 business days. Please see your Plan Reference Guide for the cost.* Common law couples are eligible. Dependants must be enrolled for the same length of coverage as the student.
